Profile Generation and Guided Optimization for Compiled Queries
At CMU, I took Professor Todd Mowry's Optimizing Compiler's for Modern Architectures. For our final project, several classmates and I investigated improving runtime performance in a data-centric code generation DBMS engine by integrating dynamic optimization techniques.
